We want your Midnightly experience to be seamless from the moment you order to the moment it arrives at your door. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding to more regions — stay tuned.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend, no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier delays, or customs processing. These are rare, but if your order is significantly delayed please reach out and we will make it right.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at ritual@midnightly.store. We will replace or refund your order at no cost to you — no questions asked.
